On all products the company Bonfiglioli provide a guarantee of 12 months from purchase. The warranty does not cover damages and the cases referred to in the contract. We confirm that the above product agreed in the contract is made in compliance with all inspection procedures as prescribed by the manufacturing process of the company BONFIGLIOLI RIDUTTORI S.p.A. Responsibility for the guarantee shall be governed by the provisions in accordance with generally accepted business terms and conditions described in the contract, the company and the Commercial Code of the Czech Republic.
